Due to the hygienic nature of towels and textile goods, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is inspected and rejected at the time of delivery.
Please note:
• You must check your order before the courier leaves.
• If there is an issue (e.g., wrong item, defect, or damage), you can return it immediately with the courier.
• Once the courier leaves, we cannot accept any returns or refunds.
