5. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver across Egypt, especially coastal and major cities.
• Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Due to the hygienic nature of towels and textile goods, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is inspected and rejected at the time of delivery.
Please note:
• You must check your order before the courier leaves.
• If there is an issue (e.g., wrong item, defect, or damage), you can return it immediately with the courier.
• Once the courier leaves, we cannot accept any returns or refunds.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.
